Traveling Exhibitions

Our exhibitions celebrating the art of picture books are available for nationwide travel to museums, libraries, galleries, and other cultural institutions. Standard loan periods are ten weeks, with opportunities for extensions based on availability.

We Require

  • Proof of insurance to cover the value of the exhibition while on site

  • Environmental and security controls

  • Approval of all print materials prior to distribution

  • Deposit and shipping fees due upon contract signing

  • Recognition of the NCCIL in all marketing, publicity, and promotional materials

  • Appropriate copyright credit on all materials that reproduce the loaned art
